Laura and I want to send a note of thanks to you and your parents for making this purchase very pleasurable and relaxing.  We’ve enjoyed dealing with all of you from the first day we came to the shop.  I can see why you  are in business.  You really make spending this kind of money a very pleasurable event because of your relaxed, no pressure style.  I have to tell you we have no buyer’s remorse because of the way you worked with Laura and I.  You were very professional , informative and especially attentive to our concerns and comfort.  We are so confident that we have made the right choice with Regal and Jerry’s Majestic Marine.  We are very excited and proud to be part of Jerry’s Majestic Marine.

Domenique, Aubrey, Grayson, and I wanted to send our appreciation out to you guys for treating us so very nice this past year and making our first boat purchase a pleasurable one. We had a wonderful summer on our boat and are already anxious to get back out there next summer! It is comforting to know we have bought from friends and that we are always made to feel so welcome when we come up to the lake. We look forward to growing the friendship (and possibly the boat size!) over the coming years! Until that time, have a happy and safe holiday season, guys!

Well here it is!  the end of my first boat season and what a season it was.  I cannot thank you enough, from the time you helped me pick out and purchase my new Ebbtide right on through it's seasonal storage.  The Jerry's Marine crew have gone above and beyond to make sure I had the help, training, dock assistance, helpful hints and safety training that made my first summer super fun!  We really enjoyed all the summer toys from your shop and look forward to many years of fun to come!
Thank you again, you really provided me with exceptional service and made my decision to become a boat owner so positive and seamless.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your e-mail. Yes, though it was a long drive with 6000 lbs. behind me, the drive was thankfully uneventful.
I took the boat into the local Ebbtide dealership on Tuesday morning in hopes of getting it back as soon as possible (itching to get it on the water). I took a copy of the e-mail from Ebbtide with me, so hopefully we won't have any problems with the warranty work.
I was equally happy that I was purchasing the boat from such nice people. Dealing with them and your dealership was a very pleasant experience. Thanks very much.

The poster is perfect. We should have given it to Fred while you were here. I was just so surprised that I wasn’t thinking. Thank you for all your work. He really appreciated it and so do I. He showed it to everyone. It’s not staying here but went straight to his office. I was trying to think of a surprise and didn’t realize just how much he would like a picture of his boat.
