- If born after 1-1-1989, you must possess a current boaters license.
- Driver must present a valid credit card for damage deposit.

- We do not allow Pets, Grilling, or Fishing.
- Tubing now available. DOUBLE TUBE $75 (Price for duration of rental). Tube, line, and vest(s) are included with tube rental. Tubing equipment must be rented from Jerry’s Majestic Marine.
- Water skiing, Wake-boarding, Knee-boarding, etc. are not permitted.
- You are not allowed to drop off, pick up, or dock at any other piers. All drivers and passengers MUST check in at the rented location.
- Captains available upon request with advance notice for an additional fee. Captain fee is $100 per half day, $200 for all day rental, plus a cash gratuity on the day of the rental (suggested gratuity $50 per half day, but up to your discretion).
